In addition to running drugs (including unstable, experimental drugs, some of which turned an underling's skin inside out upon sampling it), Gabriel works as a pimp during an encounter between a sex worker and a client, a strange man, apparently familiar to Gabriel and later revealed to be Isaac, watches the intercourse take place, noting his interest in the encounter. It is revealed that Sadie, who had a child many years ago, is working to try to reunite with her estranged offspring, though Gabriel is doubtful it will ever happen. Meanwhile, Gabriel ( Mark Webber), Sadie's drug dealer and boyfriend, is keeping a woman hidden in his apartment who has had a grotesque physical reaction to a new and strange drug Gabriel and his friend Warren have been selling to locals. After getting a ride from her friend Luke ( Emmanuel Kabongo) to her cleaning job at a motel, she encounters an eccentric stranger, Lorna ( Meg Tilly), who is staying in one of the hotel rooms. Lou also believes that it is impossible for her to get pregnant after an upsetting incident six months earlier when she miscarried in a club while on the toilet. Her friend, Sadie ( Chloë Sevigny) believes she is pregnant and not telling her about it, despite Lou's claims that she hasn't had sex with anyone in nearly a year. She awakens one morning after a party at an abandoned warehouse and finds herself experiencing bizarre symptoms akin to those experienced during pregnancy. To be honest I bought both the physical copy because of the packed in goodies and the digital copy because I constantly go back to this game and never wanted to switch out cartridges.Lou ( Natasha Lyonne) is a hard-partying stoner who lives in a run-down trailer outside a rural Michigan town where women have recently been going missing. This game is totally worth the price of admission.

When all is said and done I'll probably have a total of 500 plus hours into Isaac. I cannot and will not stop playing this game. The fact that we have this portable, plus all the official expansions, not even the PSVita was up to snuff to allow for the expansions.

Isaac keeps pulling me back with the various potential power up synergies, then you have the daily challenges and Greed Mode. When I check my playtime, I've literally put 110 plus hours into this game and about 90 plus into Breath of the Wild. There are secrets, an abundance of items, bosses, and secret bosses galore. There is so much game packed into this small cartridge. There are The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth is on my top 10 games of all time.
