Tayn is currently undertaking further study in preconception & pregnancy nutrition as well as learning about natural conception methods which is Tarryns ultimate passion project :) As a qualified group fitness trainer and previous owner of an F45 gym in Melbourne’s CBD Taryn loves the health and fitness industry so much that after recovering from an HA and disordered eating behaviors she has decided to follow her true calling and become an accredited sports nutritionist while on maternity leave. Taryn is an occupational therapist by profession and has been practicing for the past 11 years within occupational rehabilitation and insurance.
